You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We ship from both Australian warehouses and international partner warehouses depending on stock availability.

  • Australian Warehouse: 2–6 business days

  • International Express Air Shipping: 4–12 business days

We do not use sea freight or slow economy shipping.


International Shipping

We offer international express air shipping to most countries:

  • Express International: 4–12 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.


Tracking

All orders include tracking numbers. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:
